Our Mission

Sibling writing duo Amari and Cherelle Yarbrough and creators of the first of its kind early readers graphic novel series "The ElleRays", created Rays Up Read Up, a dramatic reading competition to inspire young readers to find their unique voice through the art of storytelling. Our literacy initiative focuses on igniting a love of reading for elementary school age children while fostering imagination and confidence.
